I received the bobble head about a week ago. I was very disappointed that it did not resemble the person it is meant for or the pictures I sent. I emailed Jessica and she informed me that there will be no refund. She mentioned I could get a different one at a discount but I haven’t heard anymore about that. I would like to get this resolved because I need the gift by the end of September. The body on this one is fine but the head needs to be replaced. Linda Williamson
