Note: Estimated production times are based on customer approval within 24 hours after receiving the proofing email. Additional revisions or delayed responses may extend the production timeline.

RETURN POLICY

Style, Size & Photo Changes
Because all of our products are personalized and handmade to order, modifications or cancellations may not be possible once production has started. At this stage, our artists have already begun the sculpting and crafting process specifically for your order.

If you need to cancel or make changes after production begins, a partial production fee may apply to cover materials, labor, and processing costs already invested in your custom item.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the updated address information. Address changes can be made before the order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us and provide clear photos showing the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or appropriate refund solution.

Please note that all products go through quality inspection before shipment. In rare cases where damage occurs during transportation, we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once the sculpting process has started, cancellations may be subject to a partial production fee due to the handmade and personalized nature of the product.

Proofing & Likeness
Custom bobblehead sculpting is a handmade artistic process based on the photos provided by the customer. While our artists work carefully to capture facial features and personality, slight artistic differences may occur. Clear, high-quality photos will help achieve the best possible resemblance.

Returns & Exchanges
Because personalized products are uniquely made for each customer, returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us at Contact Us and include clear photos of the item so our support team can assist you promptly.

Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours after the returned item is received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Please do not return items without contacting our customer service team first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
