Customer Reviews
Had great communication at first, but when I received my product, the brown hair was all white!!!! And it would not clean off. Once I tried asking them how to fix that or replace it, they had totally ghosted me!!! Once they get their money, they don’t care! And I bought 2 from them! I will NEVER buy from them again and I will make sure the rest of our league and my daughters league know not to buy from them! There are many more companies out there with much better customer service!
I would give negative stars if I could! They don’t even deserve the one!
Absolutely remarkable product. So uncanny! Loved it and he loved it even more. Would definitely recommend and will be buying again. Messaged me multiple times along the process to check I was happy with everything too. Great customer service!
Got this for my husband’s birthday and he was delighted . Had lots of communication with the seller and they were very responsive and made all the changes I requested . My husband has it on his work desk and says it makes him laugh every time he looks at it .
Customer service went above and beyond. Always checking whether I was happy and making changes according to my requirements. Gift packaging was lovely too
Throughout the process I was sent photos at each stage of the status and asked to review and make any comments. After a couple of tweaks the finished Bobblehead was excellent. It arrived well, securely wrapped with good sturdy boxes & bubblewrap for protection during postage. Have had a number of comments on it and where I bought it from. Would definitely order from them again and planning another buy at the moment. Highly recommended Thanks!!
Awesome! Great communication. Fantastic product. Very well made and excellent packaging. Love it. Thank you team Bobble head
Had to describe in detail my custom requirements, all was made very well.
Ordered this for my husband's birthday, was going to come late but arrived on the day! So happy with it & he absolutely loved it!
Such a new contact. Every wish is really taken into account. Huge praise and the result is a dream. It will be a gift and I am sure it will be a hit.
I couldn't be happier with the result! I sent in a picture of my boyfriend, and they made it look exactly like him, down to the smallest details. They followed all the instructions perfectly and even added all the accessories, including his company's logo. The craftsmanship is incredible! I’m absolutely in love with it and will definitely be ordering more in the future.
