The entire experience, top to bottom, was amazing. I ordered two bobble heads of my partner’s beloved dogs (one now passed) as a Christmas gift. If being honest, I thought this was just going to be fun 3-D printed approximations of his pets, but I was so wrong. I was asked for more photos of the dogs, to get their bodies correct on the bobbles, and then I was sent a confirmation photo of each. When I tell you I could have sworn these photos were AI, I am not even kidding. They shipped fast after everything was confirmed and they were even better than the photos suggested. Absolutely perfectly captured the eyes and expressions of each dog, got their spots perfectly right, and the hand-painted bases with their names and nicknames on them … Beyond words. My partner gets really excited to show people pictures of these bobble-heads, and I get a little emotional every time. Thanks so much to this company for their wonderful work! My partner is the type that doesn’t need or want anything and appreciates a thoughtful gift, and these knocked it out of the park!

Fantastic customer service. They reached out to let me know that they were receiving a lot of orders and I my order would be delayed until after Christmas, which was totally fine. They then sent a preview of the completed Bible asking for feedback prior to shipping. I was able to add a few unique characteristics for my dog that make it completely identical to my real dog.. looks great and Bobbles. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
