I ordered on 8/9/2024 and received it in 9/3/2024. I was asked if I wanted to make changes before the next step on 8/12/2024 and when I said I did want to make changes, I was told it was too late on 8/14/2024. The figuring doesn’t look like my friend and he wasn’t happy with how he looked. I wish I could have a refund but this already seems like the type of company that doesn’t do returns. I’m unhappy with the service and the product. For as long as I waited, I was hoping my friend would like the gift and his reaction disappointed me.
