We ordered a custom bobblehead for my brother-in-law, and we were thrilled with the results. With only a couple pictures, the likeness was almost exact (with a slight caricature feel, of course). They were very responsive to all my questions and feedback. I don't think I waited more than a couple hours for a response ever, and even when I realized late in the cycle I had indicated the wrong eye colour, they updated it with no problem. Highly recommend.

I'm so thrilled with this purchase! The process was easy and customization took a little up front work but the change I requested was completed with no issue. I'm amazing at how much like my dad this looks! He was thrilled, too, and even asked for the link so he could send some as gifts to his golf buddies.
