Misleading Delivery Time & Quality

I ordered a bobblehead & noted the delivery time on the ordering site (~10-14 days). What they don’t tell you is that clock starts AFTER many, many, many back & forth emails for edits to the bobblehead. The quality is so bad, even after I provided numerous suggestions via email to improve the bobblehead to resemble the photo provided. When I gave it to my husband (~ 2 weeks after his birthday), he literally had no idea it was supposed to be him! Poor craftsmanship (bobblehead barely even “bobbles”) & artistic abilities. Purchase elsewhere if you can!
