Overall great experience. I had a large and complicated order and they were accommodating. They did a great job sending me pictures to approve during the process before they would move to the next step. There was a slight language barrier where obviously a translation service was being used and a big time difference which led to a little difficulty, but overall it was an excellent experience. Would order from them again. The gift recipients were extremely pleased!
Ordered a custom bobble for our son in law. The process was smooth and if you follow the instructions will be completely satisfied. Communication is through the app and seller is professional. You get progress images that you can approve or suggest changes. We didn't need to make any adjustments because the likeness was spot on. They carefully packaged the bobble with foam/bubble wrap and you can tell they know the issues that can happen in shipping. Can't wait to give them the gift.
