Pretty unhappy with the design. They ask for different photos and then choose a photo that they base the look off of other than the original photo you send to them. So, many times I’ve had to go back and forth with them on the original photo I sent. And hoping they could replicate it. Not saying they do a complete terrible job but I feel as a customer paying that price should get what they are paying for. I had to end up just telling them it looks ok because it’s been a 2 1/2 month process and I was relocating and my gf birthday was June 6 and I started the process back in May. I’m not saying the whole 2 1/2 process is there fault because part of that is mine to blame. But if they would stop trying to talk me out of the original design and implement what they wanted we wouldn’t have wasted so much time. You normally get a reply back within a day or two.
We get exactly what we asked for! and it was the perfect gift. We will defintely continue to use these guys!
It's fantastic work! The people look very similar to the photo and the finish is very good.
Very helpful and welcomed suggestions and small changes. Shipping was quicker than I thought, besides the fact it was stuck in one location for over a week. I was a little worried at that point, but it finally got delivered, and i LOVE the end result!
