Very response service and attention

I ordered 2 items, one an 'action figure' and the other a bobblehead. The company checked on certain details for sign off. Due to a miscommunication, one aspect of one of the items was missing, but the company sent it separately. They have been very responsive to email and I would recommend their product. The mishap is the only reason they received 4 stars in this review and not 5.

The bobble head created was what I wanted, but the box was broken and one of the accessories broke in transit also. I was disappointed that it was broken and fell apart before I could give this as a gift.
