Disappointing….

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I can’t begin to describe how disappointed I was with this experience.
Before placing my order, I emailed an employee to describe exactly what I wanted because I wasn’t sure if it was possible. I received a response confirming that they could do it, along with a sample photo of what they were capable of. Based on that, I felt confident moving forward with the purchase.
We communicated back and forth throughout the process, but while there was some confirmation about the bobblehead itself, there was never clear confirmation about the surrounding details. When I finally received a photo of the completed product, the “50” looked nothing like what was shown in the original sample. The difference between expectation and reality was significant.
This item was meant to be a professional gift for a client, so I reached out and asked if the “50” could be corrected to match the original image they had sent me. Unfortunately, there was no real attempt to fix the issue. At that point, I was so frustrated that I told them to just send it as-is.
To make matters worse, when the item arrived, the “50” wasn’t even securely attached—it had fallen off the stand.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, especially given the expectations that were set at the beginning.
